The instructions explain to use epals, but should we sign up as a group or individually? Also, we're supposed to make the project into something about learning one another's culture understanding and global awareness. So turning it into a lesson could be: pick a type of food and learn about it to share to the class. The student makes the food then shares the differences about that country or area. Earlier we talked about a cook off, and i like the idea, but how will this fit into the criteria of culture?
